New forum feature request

I've seen other forums using xenforo that have features that would be useful here:

- dark mode
- search conversations
- ignore threads

Any possibility of TERB adding these features?

To block out threads I use uOrigin adblock extension, works great. But an ignore feature would be a lot more simple and faster.
