I'm 6 weeks from the end of my diet, and there are good days and bad days, so if I seem a little down when you see me, or if I seem like I want to hibernate, that's all it really is - its not you. This has been a long painful road of mental, emotional and physical hardship, and I am so grateful for your support and encouragement.
