hi folks, i've recently moved here and have been lurking this board for a few days now so i figured i better start posting so my account won't be deleted. have been going to mp's for some time now (mostly in brampton) and am going to start seeing sp's soon, my question is who do you think are the best sp's for a shy guy to start off with? doesn't matter whether it's in or out call's but i'm a pretty visual guy so being easy on the eyes is a must, thanks for any replies.

Mariah would be the best place for a shy rookie to start... visually beautiful and she always ensures you have a full cardio workout. 
Mariah has full CPR and First Aid Training. On the back of her bedroom door I saw this poster
1. CALL
Check the client's body for unresponsiveness. If there is no erection... being immediate emergency treatment.
2. BLOW
Tilt both heads back and listen for breathing or movement from either body part. If there is no breathing or penis pulsation, alternate between DFK... BLS and CBJ until you see the client's nipples rise or he starts singing bizarre Willie Nelson songs.
3. PUMP
If the client is still not breathing normally, coughing or moving, you must begin cowgirl compressions immediately. The rate of cowgirl should be no less than 15 compressions per minute... or until such time you achieve orgasm yourself. You must ensure that the client's heart rate is at least at 100 beats per minute.
4. DECOMPRESSION
After resuscitation... the client may be ready for a second shot. If this should occur... the medical profession would prefer that trained SP's with great asses provide doggie style to their clients. This particular position will allow the holistic healing to a number of critical body parts that could have been damaged during the cowgirl process. Please note that the proper angle of insertion is critical to the client's full and healthy recovery.

I've had a few years of hobbying training that have helped me to understand high performance bodies like Mariah's and Red Jenna's. No manual provided... just hands on experience I guess you could say.
not in doubt of that, like i said earlier have beeen reading board (lurking) for a couple of days now and have an idea about who (whom) i should contact , all sound great, and i will definately refer to your judgement, from what i have read tia@tia/maria, erin, maddison, redjenna and mariah are the ones to contact but i am confused as to the jenna, red jenna, mariah, mariahmariah etc, if you could send me some contact info i'd be a happy camper
Welcome to Terb and read the reviews carefully... it can be a land mine out there. You're in good shape if you start with Mariah... Red Jenna and Erin. Sabrina's (incall) has recently improved their team and both Summer and Megan were reviewed well.
Hammertm is the local outcall expert. I tend to focus more on MP's... SC's... and SP incalls. I guess you could say I'm a slut.

Actually CEO and I have very different tastes in women. He likes the older women... 70-90 years of age. I don't mind the occassional wild cougar every now and then... but I try to keep most of my hobbying sessions with women under the age of 40.
