I'm liking the Titans-Steelers game that they have to kickoff the season. My kind of football, smashmouth defensive football. It will be interesting to see how good the Titans defense will be without Fat Albert plugging up the middle. Not only was he a great player for them last season but there was also the domino effect , because he demanded double-teams, the linebackers were free to flow and make plays and the secondary had to cover for less time. Finnegan v. Holmes should be a good matchup to watch in that game though as well as Roos v. Harrison.

is the NFL going to wake up and realize that subjecting its fans to the cruel and unusual punishment, that is the Detroit Lions for Thanksgiving must be stopped :D

Goodell is extremely loyal to the Ford Family for what they have meant to the NFL and also with the economy and automative industry in particular being the way it is in Detroit right now, I think for now Goodell is gonna keep that game in Detroit but certainly I think if their games dont get more competitive at least then maybe the NFL might consider changing the location.

Just for the record, these are not my words, this is what I heard John Clayton saying on ESPN radio last night. I paraphrased of course.

I also heard that there's speculation that the Bills may play 2 regular season games per year in Toronto.

I've heard the same thing. I'd hate to be a Buffalo fan in Buffalo right now, they must feel like its a slippery slope that they are headed down with the Bills being in Toronto eventually. I heard a guy from WGRZ in Buffalo on the Fan590 today say that he would be surprised if the Bills werent relocated to Toronto within the next 10 years.
