I'd say that's going to be a nice profit for him...Wonder where he is off too...Not a great trade by the Habs back in the day either.

When he bought the property in 2001 did it have the 2nd house on it? The primary house isn't that big, its shy of 4,000 square feet.
No doubt its a beautiful property with beachfront but $60 million is a crazy price for that. 12 times what he paid for it 25 years ago.

So you think it will sell for 10x what Chelios paid for it 25 years ago? If so what a great investment yielding about a 36% annual return for 25 years.

A terrible trade for the Canadiens. Remember arguing with a few Habs fans at the time of the deal how bad a trade it was, as Savard was already in decline.
