I'm noticing many young women that have clearly had their nipples pierced and wear tight white shirts and opting to go braless.

I'm not judging, you do you.

Are we not supposed to notice and take a look though? I find it very difficult to not check it out when it's on display.

Im sure that any woman who wears a thin tight white tshirt without a bra knows that her nipples (pierced or not) will be somewhat visible, or at least the outline of them will. It will be obvious to her when she looks in the mirror before she walks out the door. So obviously she will think other people will notice too.

So what are you supposed to do? Well, as a gentleman, noticing with a careful glance I’m sure is not out of order, however having said that, it’s not a licence for you to stare or ogle her. Same as with a nice ass in tight jeans, a bit of cameltoe, or a low cut top.

I'm certainly not staring and have mastered the quick glances.

I guess I'm kind of torn with all the gender divisiveness currently hot on SM and blatantly putting it out there for the world to enjoy.

No need to be torn. It’s fine to appreciate the beauty of the opposite sex (or same sex if that’s what you like), just don’t take it to the point where you are making the other person uncomfortable, or making assumptions about their availability sexually, or willingness to be sexually harassed.

Say I’ve got a pair of nice jeans, that fit well, but can also show off a silhouette of my package when I sit a certain way. I couldn’t care less if someone notices and smiles to themselves. But if a guy / girl came up to me and overtly stared, or made lewd comments, I’d be pissed off.

Oh, I'd never say shit. Learned a long time ago that silence is the only substitution for brains.

This actually happened to me on a virtual zoom call this week. One of my coworkers, a very sweet and fun woman who I get along with quite well, showed up in her home wearing a tight white shirt with no bra. Her AC was definitely on.

I am not the fashion police...but it felt like before others came on she seemed quite comfortable. One should not read too much into this correct?
