Here's my suggestion to the terb mods. Add another sticky to the rules /policies /guidelines -- If the originating poster adds NOFPOTT to the title, that means No Fakking Puns On This Thread -- All wannabe punsters must respect the OP's wishes in the matter, on pain of . .

Well, I can't think what it might be on pain of. Suffice it to say that the scumbags have forfeited any claim to human rights.

I thought he was misspelling faking. I wondered what a fake pun was. I don't see the big deal. To pun is fun. I see no harm with the intricacies of the language. Clearly the OP is not very punny, and therefore feels inadequate. There's a clinical term, Pun's Envy.
