I m not sure if this is the correct forum but I had a question, is it normal for SP to meet a client in the lobby and bring them up to their room instead of just arriving at the set time ?

In my experience it is not normal, but it could be requested from a reputable lady. I don't think I would ask for it on a short date (like a half hour or less) though.

Here are the situations:
1. Maybe, she wants to check you out to make sure she still wants to see you
2. Bypass the concierge so they don't suspect whats going on
3. The buzzer is not hooked up to her phone and she cannot buzz you in (house/condo sitting or using AirBnB)
