Oh my, what a problem to have...

It appears that one of my former employees is now an SP, well at leat I'm 98% sure. This young lass has been in my spank bank for the past 3 years, and I'm sooooo tempted to make an appointment. I know there may be a lot of cons, including her not wanting to see me based on our previous business associations, a shit load of uncomfortableness etc. But at the same time...

Oh my, what a problem to have...

I have to give this some serious thought.

Give me her contact details, I'll be sure to ask her what she thinks of you.

I just had a vaguely similar situation. I lurk around MySpace a bit, keeping tabs on the locals. I also keep track of local escorts (not TO, smaller city). Anyway, two or three weeks ago the two started to overlap when a girl from MySpace tried to go pro. Her rare-escorts site used the same email, YIM, and pictures (no blurring). I told her about this and offered my advice and assistance going forward because I'm a saint. Looking back, I shouldn't have been surprised when she closed her MySpace account and escort site (though she's still on sugardaddyforme) without saying a word to me.

Moral of the story? It is unlikely that she will respond positively.

leave her alone. I'm sure that she would rather keep her past employment and current business separate.

I second 'leave her alone.' The chances of it turning out fine are lower than the chances of it turning sour in my estimation.

If you were friendly with each other, I'd say go for it.

Make sure it's 100% first though.

Talked to, booked, had a private session, (not through the agency) with her. Really friggin' uncomfortable for like the first 10 minutes until we got all our cards out on the table, then it was mind blowing. Her first question was if I was the one who made this post. Did not give me her TERB handle. She wishes to remain anonymous and not be reviewed. Sorry chaps.

Sorry for the mini-review XXXX, yes it was mind blowing, well at least for me.

It doesn't matter about his past business associations or not. He did contact her, got to see her, and we don't know who she is or what agency she works for.

I don't know about the whole thing. I wouldn't feel comfortable to mix private affairs with business, current and past. But that's me.
Then you should start doing business with women too.

I feel a sexual harassement suit coming!!! She now has details about him and can go back to the company sighting hostile work place... very bad move given she was an "employee of yours".

Since she's a former employee, how exactly is she going to hold the company responsible for actions taken after her employment and outside of the organization's sphere?

With perjury, dummy. The idea is that she knows what his penis looks like and so now she can fabricate something. I guess it's possible. It would make a good set up for a Law and Order episode.

Well, if it ever came down to that, he could "out" her for being an escort. It would seem she has a lot to lose too, if the tables were turned, so to speak. I doubt it would ever happen.
