Today, the OpenOffice team announced their newly developed mouse:

Gotta love the open source longhairs. Such horrible sense when it comes to usability or design but they still wonder why they can't crack the consumer desktop market.

I'm willing to bet that there will be more Magic Mice used with Linux than with this mouse.

Really? From the side it looks like just about 90% of the mice products out there. There is no way that it looks like something that's collapsed. And you're willing to pay MORE for that Linux mouse than the Apple one? Shocking!

But, then, the look of the OpenOfficeMouse should fit right in there with your 12 year old machine. LOL!

WTF are you going to do with all those friggin' buttons? May as well turn your keyboard into a mouse - then you get at least 128 buttons (plus modifiers - think of the possibilities)!

Umm...you had no " " in your post. We all know how much you love Linux given that you jump into every thread with a "Try Linux because it's free!" line so how can we tell if you're joking or not?

And FYI...I'm not rushing out to buy the mouse...love my Logitechs and Kensingtons.
