Indications on TSN are that the arbitrator is expected to reduce TO's suspension to 1 or 2 games and that the Eagles will have to release him if they do not plan to play him. While I disagree with the ruling and feel that the Eagles have every right to de-activate him for the remainder of the season (a la Keyshon Johnson and the Bucs) it would be rather ironic if TO goes through the waiver process, whereby the worst team gets first shot at him, and he was calimed by........the 49ers.
