I was at PA yesterday morning.
One word: WOW.
They are in a transition stage and have just opened up the wall between the existing unit and the new unit next door.
Room #3 (top of the stairs) is now history. May it's memory (and the memory of it's howling shower) live forever. The former Room #3 is now the connecting hallway between the old side and the new side.
At the present time while they make transitional changes, the entrance is TEMPORARILY moved from the old unit to what will be the "emergency" exit of the new unit (the old "Budget Printing" door to the immediate right of the old entrance).
The boss was around and gave me the tour and showed me the rooms they were adding and removing. (If I can remember all this...)
The entrance will be the same entrance it has always been, but the girls lounge will be gone (moved), the front area will be gone and the reception area will be "open concept", I'm told. The customer lounge (which I'm assured will contain a plasma) will be on the new side of the building. It wasn't finished when I was there, but it was VERY large.
You know, I don't remember all the details of which rooms are staying and which ones are going... lol. But there are at least three "new" rooms on the new side (one of them is temporarily serving as the girls lounge). I had the pleasure of having a massage in the largest (I think) of the new rooms, and again, I have to say WOW. The pastel blue thing is GONE, and everything is much nicer now. In truth, the colour scheme really reminded me of an upscale hotel. The showers are at least twice as big, in fact maybe four times bigger. Overall, the feel of the rooms is more "tasteful" and upscale.
As a side note, the mirrors are much larger now, and cover the entire wall in one piece, instead of two or more small ones. I can't tell you how much of an improvement THAT was all by itself! In the room I was in, the table was on a 45 degree angle in the corner of the room, and that paired with the new mirror arrangement improved the view before the flip by 200% easily. (And trust me... with Angelica's ass... I want to see it from EVERY angle.)
I'm told the new colour scheme will eventually be applied to the old side.
You really have to go and see it for yourself. There is quite a mess in the temporary reception area while they rework some things, but when they're done, it's gonna be awesome.
Just be patient with them for a while. Until they're finished, you may not get a "new" room every time. But they're movin' as fast as they can.
Disclaimer: I might have gotten some of the fine details wrong. I was in information overload mode!!
