I live on a street in midtown where you need a BSc. degree to comprehend the parking signs, eg May 15 on this side May 16 on the other side etc. I've cost the city lots of $$$ by telling folks "You're gonna get a ticket if you park there!"

Also permit parking until 10 am and the meter maids tag upto 9:56am.
