Do you allow your kids to play and run around outdoors?

One of my friends wasn't allowed to play outdoors by his mother because he might "get hurt". He needed triple bypass surgery at age 52.

If you keep your your kids indoors keep them safe from online predators. That is also one of the risks of staying indoors.

When I was young, if I didn't play outside there's pretty much nothing else to play.
Outside but in the vicinity of our home.

When I was a kid, no internet, no cell phones, no cable tv, only got a few channels by rabbit ear antennaes. After school let out, we would hit the local park/playground and played whatever sport that was in season until it got dark.

Yup, same here and me and my friends would walk 3 miles to school and back every day. Now I see parents driving their kids to school because they might get kidnapped by the bogeyman. Kids need to use their legs or they would lose them.
