Hard to say, but attended the wrap up dinner and the open bar 'til 11:00 and the side parties in the breakout rooms until the wee hours of 4:00 or 5:00 tells me they make their own fun inside the walls of the Royal York. Mind you, I heard 30,000 attended, so who knows.
