Personal finance/budgeting software

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good free personal finance/budgeting software? I already have Quicken, but would like to set up real estate, mortgages, etc, without having to set up any cash accounts or transactions. I basically want to set up a good household balance sheet, without too much complications.
