Only ever called one agency and it was a male that answered on most ocassions. Made no difference to be honest. He was very helpful.

I prefer a woman, I feel more comfortable talking with a woman (especially if she's slightly-flirty) . for me, it feels weird talking to a guy on the other end.... 2cents

Doesn't make any difference to me. As long as they're friendly, honest, and know the relevant information about the ladies, you could have a talking dog answering the phones.

Makes no difference...for me depends on the SP on the website...I've yet to call an agency or indie without a website.

Now it makes no difference. As a young pooner though I would have died rather than talk to a man. Suggest you go with a woman. For new pooners I feel it is less threatening.

ladies are preferred esp. if they are friendly and can make a shy guy more comfortable.

although the agency I have called the most has a guy answering the phone he is able to make you feel comfortable

I know it didnt answer the question directly.

If I'm calling an agency for information or to book, I prefer dealing with a woman. They're easier to chat with, and are less likely than guys to try the hard sell. If it's just to confirm a booking that's already been made, it really doesn't matter.

If I'm calling an indy, I definitely want to talk to a woman, in fact I want to talk to the escort herself. If anyone else answers the phone, especially a man, it immediately raises my suspicions that it's really an agency. If they lie about that, they probably lie about other things such as descriptions, restrictions, etc., and are probably bait-and-switch.

The only case where I preferred talking to guys was when I used to call the agencies in the Journal de Montreal. Men were usually more willing to answer questions related to specific activities, i.e, "does she do DFK and BBBJ?". I could specify these requirements to the guys without any problems, and they'd usually answer honestly.
