Been a long while since I've been there (pretty much dropped off that scene in the last 2-3 yrs since dabbling more in the SP/MP arena)...but it depends on the girl and depends also on how much you've seen them before and gotten to know them.
In my past experience, the average that they'd quote fresh/new would be in the $250-300/hr range and after getting to know them and really hitting it off with some...$180-200/hr (since they'd often say they'd much rather be lounging around with me than working the floor).
