Any idea what poker games and limits are normally being played at CASINO NIAGARA ? Especially interested in limit hold'em and omaha h/l and omaha high. How many tables might be in use early in the week ?

Planning a 3 day trip there to accompany my buddy who is a slot player which I do not play.

many thanks

There are only 18 tables in the poker room and its limited variety. What you're looking for likely isn't there. Its all NL as far as I know.
I used to like Seneca but their room is closed. It was bigger and had more variety than Niagara.

If you want to play NL Holdem poker, I think you are better off playing poker sites online. I have played tournaments off and on for years at low buyins usually from $2 to $10 and have cashed in about $3,000. However, in the last year since ahole Ford stopped giving licences to many poker sites allowing only 6 sites allowed to accept Ontario residents compared to years past where I could play more than up to 50 making it hard to find enough players to fill tournaments so that I am only up $500 in the last year. The biggest site to play online in Ontario is Poker Stars. Also, I have never had a problem withdrawing $ from any sites in the past.

I’ve been to Fallsview Poker Room a few times and agree that it’s well-run, but the wait times can be frustrating, especially on weekends. If anyone is looking for an alternative when they can’t get a seat, checking out the highest-rated Australian online casinos could be an option. Some of them have solid poker rooms with good competition. Of course, it's not the same as live play, but it can still be fun.

fallsview closed their poker room a while ago....the poker action at casino niagara has dried up...they rarely get 2/5 NL going so its mostly 1/3 with a $300 cap...the new poker room at woodbine in etobicoke is much better ....many 2/5 games with a $1500 cap and 1/3 with a $500 cap...games are very juicy with alot of whales who play there reularly..
