Does this mean that the Chinese Public Security Bureau Police have never heard of having people outside the raid site to round up those who jump out windows etc. . . ?

I hear the PSB is known to take pics on naked suspected SPs and Hobbyists after the raid. Some of those pics were leaked and uploaded to the internet. Not sure whether identical video clips were taken and uploaded to their youtube of the world.

Perhaps you have to ask Fuji. He seems to be the Chinese expert. :rolleyes:

Do police in Canada post officers around the back when raiding an incall? I doubt it's viewed as important enough in either Canada or China for that. I'm sure when going after someone they really want to catch they would.

You have to be an idiot to put yourself in that kind of situation in the first place.

Now his Blue Balls have turned into Burnt Rust Balls and someone will most definitely recognize his photo and make sure his wife or boss get a hold of it.

I wonder what the penalties are for being a found-in in China? If they are harsh or severe, it might explain his run for it against all odds.

China has the death penalty for pimps in cases where there is physical violence resulting in rape or significant bodily injury. I believe ordinary prostitution is just an administrative offense in China, meaning, it's punished with a fine, and some sort of mandatory STD testing.

Engaging in prostitution while knowingly infected with an STD is a fairly serious crime there, though.
