I think taking an idea from America brought it to Poland, there's a place in Vegas called A Little Off The Top that's been doing lingerie haircuts for a long time. (It was there a few years ago, don't know if they're still open).

Brothels are not legal in Poland, so I somehow doubt that this place offers anything besides a haircut.

Otherwise, there are places like this even in the States: in Denver, as someone else posted, and I think there's one in Seattle too.

Ottawa had a topless hair cut place on Montreal rd. years back. Early 90s. I tied it once, just a hair cut, pretty cool. I would definitely give it another go.
