So PM Martin says that Harpers assumption that Polygamy being next to be allowed is ludicrous, that there is a difference between it and gays being allowed to marry. My questions is why? If you allow gays to marry under the charter than why not allow polygamy as well? It is a choice between consenting adults isn't it?

Actually, I'm hoping to marry my dog.
I expect my company to defray the cost of veterinary bills like in my medical plan, and put the heartworn etc. pills on my medicare plan.
I won't be having sex with my dog, but anyway, I expect the government to stay out of my bedroom (as if).
I'd like a cheque when my dog dies at 14.
I could go on, but I'm mad at seeing Pittsburgh come back against New England. My feelings, anyway, are that the government should stay out of legislating this sort of thing. If your church/ place of worship allows it, OK then, but don't require it of anyone.
