Popups on TERB?!?

Anyone know why I'm getting popups from Select Company Escorts when I go to TERB's website? I've never heard of this company, nor have I gone to their website. Is this some kind of new advertising by TERB? The popup asks for login information (username & password).

Is this company an advertiser on TERB?
