Two Montreal tech nerds own most of the porn industry's streaming porn hubs and most major studios like Brazzers. However most of the talent lives in California will they move to Canada or will the talent come from Canada?

Bush intended to be introduced as a bill in Congress knowing that it would not be passed into law because the under the Constitution of the United States, porn is generally protected by the First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech and expression. The reason George W. Bush did not used this publicity seeking ploy in his administration was he had plenty of political ammo with the war in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the war on terror during his administration. If there is debate in this matter in Congress it will merely be for the sake of political theater.
