Who in their right mind would disclose that and potentially screw themselves out of the deal, geez, kind of obvious don't you think?

For the record, no deals for me with agency girls, never have and I've been a hobbyiest for many years. The best offer I got was when a previous agency owner would call me up first to try out new girls and help to ease them into the biz slowly cause I was such an old softie, lol, but I always paid full pop. I had fun and some good times with the new ladies, which wasn't so bad. ;)

Any deals I had were with indies, especially when I would see them regularly for years.

Agencies spend a lot of money marketing themselves, keeping the operation going etc.

"Doing a deal" is nothing more than theft.

If a guy wants a "special rate" then he should deal with indy girls. If an escort wants to cut the agency out, she should leave and become an indy and pay for her own place, her own advertising, her own phone person etc.

I know some of you have private deals with SP's in that you obtained a private method of contact (cell, email etc) and have established a rate - probably beneficial to the SP and yourself (cutting out agency cut).

Would like to hear about your deals!
So what you're saying is, you expect the agency to do all the advertising, hire the driver, take all the bookings, then rip them off by making a side deal?

That's wrong on so many levels.

I will say this: any sp caught doing this would be fired immediately from the agency....(and I have seen this happen).

I have had sp's give me email addresses etc for swapping music etc. Because I'm a contractor they have family or ?? who needs work done so they ask for my card but NEVER do we EVER discuss booking. That is ALWAYS done through the agency.

Now if the lady goes indy? That's a different story but even still, one should remain loyal to the agency who you are a customer of.

This is a ridiculous question. Would you do that to your plumber, drainguy, furnace/ac man, or roofer when they send a subcontractor over? Would you actually ask the sub-contractor for their business card and cut out the contractor the next time? We are TERBIES we have standards you know.

Fuck off...

I wasn't expecting people to disclose the girl, the agency etc. Just maybe something like "yes, I have been friends with an SP for x years and we decided to see each other privately. I get a discounted deal for x hours."
"
Oh yes..and none of us Terbites have ever done a private deal have we! cause "we have standards"

I should have not written 'Would like to hear about your deals' or written it better/just left people to vote. Peace.

I have no agenda to rip of agencies. Have put alot of business their way, as you all have too, over the years.

Since 2003, I have seen 5 SP's privately and 4 of them approached me for a private deal and I approached 1 after she mentioned she saw another client privately because he wanted to see her during the day and the agency operated in the evening and night only.

As a matter of fact this very thing happened to a neighbor a couple years ago. Her sewer backed up and she had to call Roto Router to come over. He gets there and tells her it will cost $200 to fix. She says she didn't think it would be that much and can't afford it. He tells her he will get off work in 2 hours and if she wants he will come back after work and clear the sewer for $90 as a 'moonlighting job. She says OK and is very happy she saved some money.

She was very happy....and saved $110.

He gave her several of his 'business cards' to pass around and told her will would do the same for others in need.....;)

What a place to play off the "straight as an arrow" angle.....get a grip.. it happens; business owners expect this to some degree.

In the end of the day.. people are going to look out for themselves; business owners included

Hate to break it to you but any business owner who screws their customers doesn't stay in business long....but having said that, there are plenty of managers and executives who have no trouble screwing their suppliers or employees.

Put it this way: If I had an employee who I sent to a customer's house to do work for ME, and I found out they were working there on weekends or after hours? They'd be summarily fired, and I would possibly take them to court for theft.....

But would you really be surprised?? Its a risk you have to accept when you do business. To think anything else is naive. Some will fuck you..most wont but in the end of the day your mortgage gets paid so what the hey....you do what you can but you cant mitigate every single risk.

So you catch him and you fire him; well good for you... hes aware of the risk hes taking...que sera sera... He'll be history to you and you're going continue running your business (because thats what puts food on the table)...and hes going to go out and get a new job; maybe even a better job....or perhaps a shittier job...

But life goes on and so does business.

...and you'd likely lose...unless you make them sign some sort of non compete clause...and even then....

Some girls have deals with their agencies. I know of several in Montreal that work through agencies when their side/independent business is slow or they dont have the time to manage their calls themselves that day/week.

I have heard of it being done in the plumbing as well as in the SP trade, the reason why they would do it is MONEY. I heard of one plumber that was sent offered the home owner a lower rate if he called the company and cancelled, then he would come back after hours to do it at a lower rate. The home owner called the company and reported him. Some SPs will also give out their numbers and give cut rate deals on later occasions.
