problems with MSN audio chat please help!

I tried to chat with one of my MSN buddies on mic last nite and was unable to connect for some reason. My guess is it is due to downloading zone alarm on my PC. Could that be the case?

How do I configure msn audio chat to work while protecting my pc with the zone alarm firewall?

no one uses msn messenger for audio chat here? lol

or if u know how to configure zone alarm to allow voice chat please let me know thanks!
