problems with windows media player

ii need help with windows media player. this morning it was working properly. now when i try to play music i have in my music library it freezes. shoud i uninstall it and reintall it?

I decided to do a restore and re-install windows 7. the software installing is stuck at 6/38 "installing AMD VGA Chip UMA" for an hour

i finally reinstall windows 7. it is still slow. i will take it to a laptop repair shop

i went to the laptop repair store. the hard drive was replaced
