PTBO Spa Info?

I was recently in Peterborough and came across a place at the corner of Reid St. and Parkhill Rd. with a Spa sign. It's beside the Agi Sai Japanese Restaurant. I've tried a search with no luck. Can anyone provide some info? Thanks!

Shows up on Sept 17 version of Google Maps. I think they used to advertise years ago, stopped by and watched another guy waiting on the street. Eventually a young asian lady came out, wasn't my cup of tea so I left rather than wait for the other guy to finish. Got the feeling more than happy ending was available.

Been there couple of times. Mediocre massage. Hj with $40 tip. Massage will cost another $40 for hh. If u r ready to spend $80 for hj, go for it. The lady wasn't bad looking imo. But i felt its too expensive for that service.

Visited this place recently. They doubled the price (80/HH). And the lady was asking 60 more for a HJ. This is ridiculous.
