I apologize if this is inappropriate to ask but I was hoping someone(s) could fill me in.
Most Spas usually charge two distinct fees; one for use of the room (time spent) and then whatever is agreed upon between an MA and the client for her services. Yet places like Brass Club charge you specifically just for the room. Granted this evens out to around the same price you'd pay at the other spas between the 2 fees.
My question is how a place like Brass breaks down those fees or more specifically what kind of cut does the MA get? Since the client isn't paying them directly for their services. I know about giving gratuities/tips to the MA like you would at any other spas but I wanted to get a better understanding if possible of how the MAs get paid. I'd like to think tipping the MA isn't the only profit they make for their services.
Any info would be greatly appreciated if possible and if it's something you'd prefer to answer via PM feel free to.
Thanks in advance.
