Online, easily. You are supposedly approved by a doctor based on the personal information you provide, but it's a joke. I did place an order a few years ago just to see what all the fuss was about, and was not overly impressed. Yeah it can give you an woody that will last. It can also make you feel like you're on drugs, and not in a way for me that was worth it. I tossed the rest of the pills out.

First of all, make sure you have an empty stomach. Then, if you want the strongest effect, the fastest, chew the tablet to a paste in your mouth before you swallow it. It tastes very bitter, but it kicks in in 15 minutes.

How about Cialis? Somone told me briefly that this one works better than Viagra. I would appreciate feed-back from current users before deciding. I have been using Viagra for about seven years and have experienced the typical symptoms. Also, I find greasy food and the need to time myself before the action are hampering factors.

I understand how it has helped some people, but for the reasons listed above and my own experience, I think it's nasty stuff. Different people will have different reactions, but to me it felt like a low grade toxin, even at half dose. I too like Ast, was curious as what it feels like and what it does. I got it off that site, not V but Levitra, and have to agree with Asterix.
