My understanding is that they do a combination of incalls and outcalls. The specific lineup changes from day to day, the best way to find out who's working on a specific day is to do a search for their phone number in the CL ads. Another thing is (somebody correct me if I'm wrong about this) that their incalls vary in terms of location - if it says downtown for the day it's at a downtown hotel, while other incalls may be at the provider's place of residence.
