On my day to day life, I try to eat 1 ingredient products that are locally sourced. However, I said that in the sense that I will absolutely not prevent myself from eating amazing stuff at the restaurant or home fat or carbish just because we suddenly have to watch everything.Be more worried about what they are labelling these days as ultra processed foods.

I actually encourage people to go of their way to eat a satiation meal once a week. Include it with a day filled with adventure and decadence...Marry this altogether to hardwire the dopamine experience in your brain. Never deprave yourself of the power food and experience associated with it. Gotta apply some temperance to the formula however.
