Been holding SRU, AP for quite long while , over the past month they have outperform most of my holdings. As interest rate continue to come down. REITS will outperform. i already have enough of these shares so no need to add. It has been a great ride the past month.

I hear you.
I actually made very few trades through the market turmoil of Covid.
But 6 months in I did scrape together divvys cash that had piled up and bought REITs that in my eyes had 'gone on sale'.

HR is still clawing its way back with low occupancy towers.
But IIP, BEI, CAR and KMP are rising quite nicely.
Yes we knew all would sink on rapidly rising rates.
But we also knew that high rates were cranked for a reason, and once inflation eased a bit the rate change direction would shift.
