Restaurant Help?

Hopefully a quick question. Can anyone give me the name of a nice harbour front Queen's Quay restaurant...preferably with a patio. I was in one that wasn't bad a few years ago...I think close to the foot of Bay. Need it for a "special" occassion meal, so something reasonably fancy.
Any suggestions?

Most of the places on the waterfront are overpriced since they are mainly for tourists.

I have a suggestion though: I haven't been there, and it's not on the harbour proper but very close by, but Harbour Sixty is noted as one of the better places for steak in the city. It's expensive but reputedly worth it:

Went there for a bud's b-day a few months back. The finest piece of steak in the T.O. IMO. The Keg and Bifteck do not even come close. Unlike most steakhouses, the steaks do not come with side orders. The decor reminds me of a gentleman's club. A bit stuffy and old money. I actually prefer Hy's high ceiling and mansion-like set-up. And as Datydude stated, it's very pricey. A gratuity of 15% is added onto the bill automatically. I would go back for special occasions only.

Harboursixty ranks right up there with Barberians and LaCastile for steaks.

As far as I'm concerned Mortons, The Keg and La Bifteck is a total waste of time and money.

The Pearl is nice as well.

Thank you all for the info and references to the sites. Harbour Sixty looks good...but a water view is on order!
Therefore, I am leaning towards The Boathouse Grill or Pier 4 Storehouse Restaurant. Anyone had any experience with either of these?

The tennis club at the east end of Queen's Quay has a waterside resto tucked in among the infalated domes. Quite decent food and friendly service, but tennis is their primary business.
