First memory of Terence Stamp was the 1967 film "Far from the Madding Crowd" with Julie Christie and Alan Bates directed by John Schlesinger. Great movie.
Ajoy's Last Night in Soho was both he and Dianna Rigg's last film - and they were both great. Terence Stamp was another Alec Guinness, he could play any character.
RIP
Legendary life. Saw him first in Billy Bud. This song cemented his legendary stature. Terry and Julie.
I guy I knew who used to live in the UK and went back for visits frequently told me he met him on a London bus. Said he was very approachable. He had a seniors pass for convenience. I guess it's safe to say he had a life to envy.
The latest General Zod is teaming up with the current Superman in a football film called Mr. Irrelevant. Michael Shannon will play legendary NY Giants Head Coach Bill Parcells.
