He has died by suicide, was 71, best known for Revenge of the Nerds.
He was from the famous Carradine acting family.

I didn't know he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He was a good actor and deserved some better roles. Perhaps a victim of typecasting from Revenge of the Nerds. RIP Lewis Skolnick

His brother David found dead from accidental suffocation at 72 while Robert was only 71.
