I've just heard my second account of incall-escorts being robbed in the past 2 mths.
Is this common or something new?

I've heard the same story from 2 of my regular asian sp's (1 is indy, the other from a small agency).

In both cases, there were 2 guys (the indy didn't have a lobby cam) who came to the apt, took all the money and tossed the place. No one was hurt and I don't think that there were any weapons invovled.

Both girls were pretty shaken up over the incidents.

I think that the key here is that both places advertise on CL.

actually, you can... and in fact ,(this is on a previous post) i heard the cops encourage SP's and MP's to come out and report more of these crimes.

I doubt they would report it. It would be embarassing for the sp as the cops will know shes an escort + they will ask for a witness statement which will require her full real name, address and all that other stuff. Robbing escort incalls = robbers paradise.

Supposedly, there's a division in LE that helps SPs out if they have "bad" dates. I assume they would also help if the girls got robbed. They're not interested in busting the girls but going after johns who get out of line. Otherwise, it would be so easy for johns to beat up/rape/rob SPs.

Actually, there is a Special Victims Unit in the Sex Crimes section of the Toronto Police Service, contact Detective Wendy Leaver of the TPS for more details.

Often, Wendy's most difficult job is to convince the SP that she is not going to be charged, that the police are more interested in getting a violent criminal off the streets, than going after a sex worker or agency.
