Rogers email delay

Is anyone else experiencing a delay in the time it takes for someone to receive an email sent by Rogers (Yahoo)?

Or possibly might it be Firefox? I have a problem maintaining a consistent font size while composing an email and, apparently, it's because of a glitch in Firefox.

I haven't had the delay on the computer with Rogers Internet....but have experienced it with their mobile network. Not consistently, but often enough to be annoying, an email I send from ipad or iphone gets held in the outbox. Get a message that the person I am sending to doesn't allow relaying or some such nonsense....then a few minutes later, it gets sent from the outbox! bloody annoying!
Your problems sounds like it might be Firefox...have you tried different browsers?
