Rogers - free movie channels for two months

Right now, Rogers is having a promotion whereby you can have TMN and MoviePix stations free for two months, with no charge if you cancel the stations before the two months is up. Most likely, you would be charged for the period from the date of cancellation to the end of your billing period if you cancel the stations on/after two months.

The service rep I spoke to was a little bit dizzy, and may have added some additional stations that aren't supposed to be part of the promotion, (two HBO stations, Xcess, etc.). Anyway, I got all of the stations from 301-308 on the Toronto station grid. I have no idea when this promo will end, but call them if you want some movie stations free for a few weeks.

got the same promo but i don't think tmn is included. you got lucky with that i guess but don't be surprised if you get charged for that...like Rogers always do once they realize it's not included in the deal. still pretty sweet.

When you get the promo for TMN and Movie Pix. for 2 months. Be sure to contact Rogers in one month to cancel or you will be charged for the service. Rogers bills one month in advance.

Too bad their porn movies are sub par at best with virtually the same stars in them.

I had those movie channels for awhile. They only have good movies when they're running a promotion. As soon as the promotion ends it's back to garbage content. If it literally costs you nothing it's worth signing up but be damned sure you cancel on time.

Personally I've cancelled cable completely and when I want to watch TV I watch Netflix. I don't watch TV that often, but for $8/month it's good enough.
