I would say there is a pretty good chance the guy in that video is gonna die with his genitals in his mouth. But I think a great message to send to Russian Islamists and all others seeking to join Isis is you may get your head lopped off if they don't like you.

If the Russians can't get the guy in the video, they'll get his brother, father, mother, sister or some other relative. These ISIS bastards didn't just spring from dirt, they have living parents, siblings, cousins, etc. who are now at risk. The Russians don't worry about "innocent civilians".

I think they do care but their definition of innocent is different. Its actually closer to Israeli ROE.

The Chechen leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, has asked Vladimir Putin to send him to Syria, claiming that a land operation using Chechen ground troops would wipe out Islamic State terrorists.
