the hobby needs more capitalism
Ha ha ha if you have Wilt Chamberlain hands.
When I see a Galaxy Note, I'm reminded of that scene from Star Wars:

Luke: "Look at him. He's headed for that small moon."
Han: "I think I can get him before he gets there. He's almost in range."
Obi-Wan: "That's no moon. It's a space station."
Han: "It's too big to be a space station."

I have the note and it takes some getting used to but the surprising part is that it fits in the front pocket okay.

The size does take some getting used to.

It's funny if I'm standing in line and using it people will ask what the hell is that?!!!???

I watch movies, read comics on the thing and it is nice. ButI still want a tablet for comic reading as while you can read or zoom in the full size is still too small in my opinion..

Movies are fine.

My one complaint is that I would like the phone to be a bit loucer. Either that or my hearing is not that good.

Also, you have to charge it every day. Then again that's the case for most smartphones.

I don't find that I am using the stylus much if at all. Kinda gimmicky. Then again I haven't looked into apps that utilize it.

All in all I like it. I like the price for a 3 yr contract.

Oh and my hands are pretty small. :D

Actually I just upgraded from a six or seven year old Samsung cell phone to a Galaxy III. Just getting familar with the various features but not surprisingly it's a huge improvement from the phone I had although it was fine for basic calling and texting.

If you want a smart phone and the tablet combo, that's the best thing you can have. It takes a while to get used to it but more than you can learn or do in there. If you are a tech savy guy and good with computers, then you have one of the best toy there.

I would recommend it if you like Android OS. Although the one thing I don't like about Samsung is their T9 software isn't the best...upgraded to one available in the Google apps.

Overall its a decent phone...imo better then iPhone. The screen is a nice size and the stylus pen is a cool feature. Imo its a great phone to substitute for a tablet on the go. Decent size to watch movies and do other daily tasks. Samsung also offers a 7inch tablet, but I would rather carry one device around.

he size takes a bit getting use to, however I would advise against stuffing into your pants (stretches the pocket) better to put into inner jacket pocket. Has some neat after market parts for covers for the phone.

Buy off contract...can fetch one for 4-5 bills. It's only two hour appointments ;) I'm bored of the phone already though. End of the day its just a phone.
