Are there any underground satellite TV programs still up and running on a consistant basis, I've heard about free to air but don't know much about it. I did the Direct TV and Bell stuff but gave up years ago, tired of it going down.

Anyhow, I have to upgrade my TV situation, 32$ a month for basic cable isn't cutting it, any info on anything is appreciated, I only have access to cogeco where I live, not Rogers, and obviously all satellite.

There's 650 FTA channels? Every listing I've ever seen only list about 20.

YOu sure you're not using a grey market satellite dish?

(grey market is where you pay a US company for the service but are located in Canada thereby by-passing the Canadian service providers and their exorbitant rates).

Just did the great leap forward. I have Dish, Bell and Bell HD on one dish. So far I am reasonably happy with it. I also have a legit BEV sub in case. Bell just did a card swap, so when they do unleash the new encryption in about 3-6 months, FTA may be shut down for a few months or forever depending on who you believe.
