Scared First Time Clients

I'm looking for some help in answering an E-mail I just received. I get similar requests but instead of my usual response that everyone is scared the first time, read reviews here, and as hard is it will be jump in scared and all and don't worry if you screw up your first few expereinces, if your too scared to perform etc.

But I'd like to expand my usualy advice from any wisdom that might be offerred here. Also specific recommendations would be helpful since the person is in Toronto. Obviously I am not disclosing any personal information.

New to this and I found your website and since I'm new and nervous I thought I'd ask for some help. my first time came by way of TERB. The search functions and links were helpfull but the reviews were most helpfull. I was able to choose based on the reviews posted by some esteemed Terbites. If it were not for Terb members I may have never taken the plunge. For this particular first timer perhaps taking the time to look at some reviews will also aid in selecting his first.
