Scroll bar missing from TERB site

Anyone experiencing missing scroll bar on the TERB site?

Tried in IE, firefox, etc. other sites are okay. Only way to navigate without scrollbar is using the <tab> key (or <shift><tab> to go backwards).

There is a link posted of an alternative url to acess the site.

the new upgrade has cause some bugs and hick ups . I use the site in Internet Explorer for now until the hick ups are over.

Quick fix for navigation issues posted by Fridrik is: open any link in a new window/tab. Should work in IE or FireFox.
