I do shift work, luckily no midnight shifts at my current location but I have had to do them in the past.
I'm sure many of you know that your sleep patterns can just get completly screwed up and you end up walking around like a zombie for awhile. I'd like to hear from my fellow terbites some of your ways of dealing with this and how you might try to normalize your sleep patterns (or return to a normal sleep pattern).
I bring this up because for some reason my sleep cycle is just completly messed up right now - probably from the holidays.
