Shooting at Taboo's

The shooting wasn't at Taboo. Taboo is in Gatineau, on Greber.
The shooting was at O'Ladies (Formerly Fanny's and other names that didn't last long but, to my knowledge, never Taboo) O'Ladies in on York st., in Ottawa. Please, check your sources before posting.
There was action (major fights) in Taboo's parking lot a few times, about 1 month ago but, it was related to customers from the Palladium Dance Club upstairs from Taboo. Palladium used to be a SC but not anymore. Never was any shooting at the time, nor than any major fights.

Actually the shooting was upstairs from Taboo at the club paladium and they had to close down taboo because of it. I guess even the papers get it wrong since that place has opened up it has been nothing but a heat score. They are always having problems with shootings but this time someone got hurt. They always have 5-6 cop cars and 2 pattywagons in the taboo parking lot at the adams motel and right across the street. Taboo is losing a lot od biz because of this paladium crap. It's just a matter of time before they close down the paladium but I hope it is before they make taboo out of biz.

This reminds me of the old Certs commercial: "Stop! You're both right." There were two separate incidents at two different clubs on two different nights. As usual, Metoo4 is hot to trot with his certainties, without checking all easily available local news sources. In any event, this is just really bad news for all clubs on both sides of the river but especially for Ottawa with the by-law review coming up.

It's a coincidence I guess. An attempted (?) shooting also occured at O'Ladies same night or night before. The guy tried to shoot at some cops but, even if the gun was loaded, it didn't fire. I read the article in the Metro the day after the article in le Droit. Apparently there was blood in the entrance way of Taboo, and the police tracked the guy down to a hospital in Ottawa, but the guy is not cooperating with the LE investigation. I had to laugh at the comment about it being unsafe to walk around Greber at night because I do it all of the time. I guess I'm next up to suffer gun shot wounds.
