Is it just me or is the talent in the KW area starting to slip.

How can we brain storm and try to recruit more Gems in this industry.

There should be a course offered in University on SP101, where it teaches them the knowledge and fundamentals. As soon as they are done, they can get recruited in to the business. Sort of like a Geisha. Geisha's actually train for a lifetime to do this

Talent is all in the eye of the beholder, but it would be nice to have a sort of charm school. I propose a geisha crash course where we all go to learn how to dance with fans and serve tea properly. I'm sure that would help. I am semi-serious about this. It sounds like fun! I think a level of old world class would be nice to have. Not to say we aren't a classy bunch; we are. I just think it would be cool.

I looked through the last 2 months worth of k-w threads and couldn't find it.

Like I said my memory fails but there does seem to be a lot of complaining and whining recently in this K-W section of terb. Thanks for looking though!

The common complaint seems to be that most of the gals in KW are of the mature, older variety, not that the quality is in question.

That's fine for ol' geezers like me, but not so for the young bucks out there. There seems to be hole in the market where the under 35's are concerned. Only KWPlaydates in a limited way, seems to fill that void.

And what's wrong with ladies in there mid > late thirties? All guys know a woman doesn't reach her sexual peak until that age. In fact I know of such a lady of that age group who currently resides about a 5 hour drive South West of Chicago that is definately at her sexual peak.

Not sure I completely agree with this statement. There are still some mightly fine ladies in the area offering great service. Are there are lot of 19 year-olds...no probably not. But I'm not sure there ever was, and personally I prefer someone who's a little older. The best ladies I've seen have often been in their late twenties or early thirties. Maybe some who were even older. I often find in laughable that some local agencies intentionally exaggerate the ages of their ladies down. I guess they have found that it makes a difference. But I think there's more talent out there than you think...

Back about 8 to 10 years ago there were plenty of hot looking 19 yr. olds. The leading agencies at that time were Falling Star and Diamonds. There were good looking girls such as Natasha, Lilly the Oriental Dream, Casandra, Maya and others. Does anyone out there remember those days? I have not encountered anyone in their league since, other than a couple of girls from Ottawa and Montreal named Kim (tall well built blonde and her friend Miriam (small black girl - Miriam was her real name, I can't remember her work name) who Platinum Fox used to import for a week at a time.
Now when I want something young and attractive I go to Toronto incall places. Last week I visited the well reviewed Ariel Sanchez - see review in Toronto incall section. Much better than anyone I've had in KW since Kim and Miriam. I am hoping to meet Victoria though. I would say her pics are more appealing than any of the others in KW girls with the possible exception of Savanah who it seems is a bit older.

I have to say I am a little confused....there are so many great independant ladies in this town not to mention KWPlaydates( Deb always has amazing girls). As for the under 35( even though i wont be there for the next 12 years) We may not have many girls in this area in the age group but the ones we do have get steller reviews! I believe it has been said before but when you find a good one, be polite and respectful and hopefully she will stick around for awhile.
