It may look good but it's not a good food for dogs to eat.
Carbs are usually added to dry foods in order to assist with the binding of the kibble, adding them to a wet food such as this serves no point other than marketing purposes. A high carb diet such as this is can lead to diabetes in your dog which in turn can lead to many serious health risks. In addition one of the top ingredients is Wheat Gluten (in the top 3) which many dogs can become sensitive too; it often leads to issues such as IBD, which in several of it's forms is a pre-cursor to intestinal lymphoma.
Just like in people keeping a dog healthy starts with a healthy diet.
