This was posted in another thread already and as explained earlier this article is about an FDA hearing about a third dose which was approved for use in people at high risk from covid.
All the chatter including the quote is from guest speakers who were allowed to state their views on the approval of the third dose.
As said before some of the presenters were NOT medical doctors and had no expertise in the field of virology, immunology or anything in the medical field.
Others were deemed in conflict since the hearing was about a Phizer application and those speakers were from competitors.
Such as Dr. David Wiseman who stated that he was not against a third dose but was against making a blanket third dose decision till studies showed it would be needed, which is what his quote was addressing..
