Given that purchase is now a criminal offense it would seem unwise for the high profile clients to leave a paper trail like an NDA. You cannot actually contract someone to remain silent about a crime.
Before c36 when the encounter was perfectly legal it certainly made sense.
I signed one a few weeks ago.
Reading it, it didn't say anything about the purchase of sexual services. Just that I wasn't allowed to discuss anything about the encounter at all, nor document it electronically.
It listed the fact that I agreed to be in the company of the person and that I was not allowed to record or go to any media outlet, as well as some other things I wasn't supposed to do.
If I did, then I would be held accountable financially to a certain amount that they had deemed fit. I'm guessing what HobbyHorse said, was what it was about.
Some other fluff I can't really recall but that was the jist of it. 2 pages.
I dealt more with his manager than I did with him. It was quite strict but hey.
I've never had to deal with violence in these cases. They are far too careful for that.
*For what it's worth, there have been cases where I haven't been working as an SP but went to private after parties just as a normal patron and NDA's were present for
everyone to sign.
Its not only with SP's.
